World-wide unique size of cars and track. Carrera Digital 124 supports racing 4 cars in the system at one time. D124 sets come with shoulder pieces because the cars are large and they need a bit more room on the track when they drive around the corners. The power supply for the D124 system is 18volts and 3amps. Both the D124 and D132 system share a common hand throttle. Track: Digital 124, Digital 132 and Evolution use a common track. Aside from the lane change pieces designed for Digital, the track is compatible with all three systems. Aside from the redesign of the track clips that hold the track tightly together, the track design has not changed since the introduction of the track system decades ago.
